We are a family of seven and stayed at Novotel Köln City for a week. We had two room and unfortunately they were on two different floor. The rooms both had a large double bed and a sofa bed. They had a small fridge and a safe. There were a few English channels and it was possible to change the dubbed voices to original English. The rooms were cleaned daily, unless the do not disturb sign was on the door.

Late checkout can only be determined the morning of checkout and not requested before. I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel as it likes to show outside, but it was clean overall. I had minor issues with the TV not being able to access YouTube. No coffee or tea maker in room, but mini fridge had water and beer for sale€2.90+. Breakfast buffet was good with many bread options and pancakes.
