For the most part this was a great stay. The place is well located by trams, a Coop for groceries, many restaurants and a coin laundromat. It was quiet and quite clean. As a female traveling on my own I would have appreciated a way to lock the door from the inside but there was no option. I wanted to do laundry and although there was onsite laundry listed as part of the property, it wasn’t working when I arrived. You have to purchase a base credit to begin, regardless of how much laundry you will do. Only after spending the money did it become apparent that the system wasn’t working. The hotel took no responsibility saying it was operated by another entity. Attempts to communicate with said entity were met by silence. This was the biggest drag. Otherwise decent value for the price considering it’s Geneva.
