I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff confirmed that the hotel-wide AC system was experiencing issues and that many guests had complained. The hotel was fully booked, so moving to another room was not an option, although I am not sure how true this was for the first night. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent. If the AC and Wi-Fi are working, I imagine this is an excellent place to stay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot rate it higher.

Nice hotel with nice location. Coffee in room was great! Many amenities. No issues with front desk. Anything we asked for, they provided. I think they need to upgrade towels and pillows.

The pool looks exactly like the photos and is so worth seeing and swimming in. There are a lot of couples all over each other in the pool though and it feels awkward being in it. The joint room we shared was perfect for a family. It would be nice if there was better lobby and or out door space dedicated to the hotel. Overall very cool vibe and enjoyed our stay.

We had a super weird encounter with the night shift desk manager when requesting a new steamer since the one in our room wasn’t working properly, otherwise the hotel was cute and in a good location.

Super kjekk hytte i hyttefelt, men allikevel skjermet. Super fine tur områder og veldig fin plass for å ha med hund!
