Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. Upon mentioning it was cleaned but needed to remind every evening. It was brought to our attention on last night that we need to put sign daily to get room cleaned.
Staff was very friendly especially Preeti to organize our dinner reservations.

The hotel was gorgeous and the perfect location close to Copenhagen Central station. The room was so nice and spacious. Downsides were that it was a very hot week and rooms weren’t the coolest. Also beware the bathroom doors are see through which is slightly off putting!

This is a great value for the money ninstayed 6 nights in peace with A/C (it was during a heatwave) and speedy internet. The breakfast is high quality and the staff are really nice. My favorite trip this year because of this hotel

Very family-friendly hotel. Good and free parking. Good customer service.
No fridge in the room. Bad ventilation. Door to bathroom sags and was hard to close and open. The room doesn't seem to be well maintained.

The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price and was good
