Great experience from the moment i checked in. Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too !

Very welcoming and accommodating staff ( we got into our room early), well-appointed family room, and lovely welcoming amenities- welcome drinks, chocolates, and stocked complimentary mini fridge. Hotel was very clean and beautifully appointed.

This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk.
Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!

Besutiful large room. Very attentive staff and eager to help. Great location for walking to the old part of Salzburg and nearby thd train station. Breakfast should have a bit more variety. Cereals would be great.
