Cala Tarida Adults Only Holidays

I feel that this hotel doesn't warrant 5 stars. It didn't feel luxurious at all. Things I did not like: - not being given any information upon check in such as info on breakfast timings, telephone number for the main desk, info on the pool and sun loungers etc - having to run down to reception after a shower as I was not given a hairdryer in my room and was not told the telephone number for reception - the scramble to get a sun lounger by the pool, it was insanely busy all day every day. And you are not told that the nicer beds have a minimum spend attached - I didn't like the attitudes of the other guests, I overheard them speaking very poorly to the staff/waiters/waitresses.

Excellent staff and condition of the room and property. Because it is an historic location located within castle walls, it does not have an elevator. The hotel also has multiple buildings which may require shuttle. For those who love history and not as much for those who want to shop and dine.

Nice villas but loads of ants and we got lots of bites. Food is super limited but tasty. No amenities but we had a car so could get to a good beach 20 mins away. Main problem was the ants and also the VERY loud iberostar across the road with loud music and bad singers until 11.30 every night. Ruins the nice family vibe sadly

The staff at the restourant and at the bar were exceptionally kind available and happy to chat with us making us feeling extra comfortable. Bonito is a beautiful hotel, very peaceful but still has a nice atmosphere and great pool areas. Right next to O Beach so very convenient! Drinks and food were top notch, and the staff were attentive and helpful. However, the hotel was let down a bit due to the fact it was unfinished - rooftop pool/bar/spa not yet open and the rooms left some to be desired (no air con, kettle, full length mirror). We wouldn't have minded these aspects as we knew it was a brand new hotel, but we were not informed prior to our arrival so it was an unexpected disappointment. Overall we had a lovely stay at Bonito, and despite the lack of finishing touches when we went, we could see the hotel was set to be a fantastic luxury experience this summer. The staff's positivity and kindness went a long way!

Fantastic hotel - comfy beds, lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi bath, amazing pool area and sunbeds, and short walking distance to Santa Eularia.
