High dollar with everything extra, restaurant stupid expensive plus a 22% surcharge on top of meal cost. View was fantastic, was nice that at least beach chairs were included.

Really great. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities and had to remove a day of our stay. Rooms weren’t that quiet from the outside noise (planes, traffic). Room was a bit echoing and shower door closes with a loud boom. Housing staff tried entering our room while we were getting dressed and had to yell to not enter. Also parking garage cannot fit oversized vehicles. These are little things just to make the hotel aware. We overall enjoyed the hotel and it was very nice

Great hotel. Very expensive food and drinks (£25 for two coffees and croissant) and the gym staff were miserable BUT other staff were great and the pool / beach / room were excellent.
We had problems with our bathroom but to be honest I’d still recommend the hotel.

All the customer service staff almost everywhere in Miami seemed to be working for themselves almost as their own company, which in turn creates their own brand. They will always go above and beyond for you to promote themselves as their own brand. It’s a great feeling as someone who is spending a lot of money at a resort, when a member of a facility cares that deeply about a complete stranger. It was an amazing experience and we got a free room upgrade that put our trip over the top.
