However on this visit a few things were lacking: 1) hot tub was out of service the whole 5 nights we stayed; 2) breakfast buffet is overpriced for what is offered, we went one morning then opted for other local options for the rest of the days; 3) there was a jackhammer on the surrounding streets that woke us on two mornings. This is not the fault of Hilton. But it sucks to be awakened like this on vacation at 8:00am. I did let the front desk know about my dissatisfaction about the hot tub and jackhammer on day 1-- nothing. No compensation, little compassion, not a good look folks. However, upon check out I was comped 1 day of parking for these troubles. Fair? You decide. As parking is seriously exorbitant now at $45 per night...damn. c'mon Hilton.
