Lovely hotel! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and the location is great. Very close to town Center and the very popular, Voulisma Beach. Hotel beach was good too but it is a pebble beach. Sandy beach is a 5-10min walk away.

This hotel, like many others marked as “VIP Access,” offers no real benefits. Despite clear upgrade availability the night before check-in, we were told nothing was available once we mentioned VIP status—a recurring pattern where upgrades are consistently denied using vague excuses. If a non-VIP guest wanted to pay, I’m certain a room would have been available.
There was no recognition, no perk, no welcome amenity—nothing. Even after raising the issue with guest relations, no effort was made to address it. Additionally, the advertised valet parking doesn’t exist and isn’t needed—it’s just misleading.
This feels more like a marketing trick than a real program. I strongly urge you to review and remove this hotel from the VIP Access list.

Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Everything was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back again.
