Staff was wonderful, food great, bed really comfortable with nice bedding, location great. It needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the shower tiles are old showing age, cracking. There wasn’t a place to sit except at an 8 foot cafeteria table that was beat up, and this was an upgraded room. I get the concept, and love the idea, but it opened in 2009, just needs to be refreshed.

It was a great experience

My experience was good. One matter was our room being turned down to be cool when it is freezing outside, I understood the maid may have needed the temperature to be cooler while she cleaned. Just remembering to set the room temperature back.

the room was clean and smelled nice. There was enough room for both my friend and i. the staff were super nice and even let us check in early!

Room and staff were fine, needs a mini fridge. Appreciated the purified water station

The room was beautiful, the bar staff in the middle of an awful snowstorm was incredible! I will be recommending to everyone!

Very nice and clean room. Great location, and host is responsive and quick. Can't ask for better!
