We loved our stay and the staff was very accommodating. The only done side, is that there is no AC (those coming from the US), but its a thing. However, they do offer and provide fans.

Nice quiet area close to all amenities, nice balcony with views, the staff were very polite and professional making it a very pleasant stay, would return again.

The location was very convenient. The hotel was well maintained and room was super comfortable. Staff were super friendly specially Enric did amazing service for all our needs.

Great location-right across the street from Central Station. Offers early check in when available and luggage storage if needed. The breakfast is fantastic. There are several hot menu options including vegetarian options, along with a wide variety of bread, pastries, nuts, cheese/meats, juices, along with a ginger shot, etc. The best breakfast options I’ve ever seen.

I was underwhelmed - there for a four night stay during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival - great music around town but an utterly boring hotel.
