We stayed at Melia for 4 x nights to celebrate a birthday. Hotel looks fairly unassuming from the outside , but a warm welcome and cool temperature (it was hot when we were there) greets you . We loved the Level Room which has excellent views of the city from the 7th Floor . Staff were all super helpful and efficient, great breakfast every day and a Level Room gets access to the VIP lounge, with complementary snacks and drinks . An area that could be considered in respect of the lounge, maybe some music in the background, just to make a bit more atmospheric . Great hotel, would highly recommend. Chris and Anna (London)

We loved the apartment. Unfortunately the wifi was terrible which proved inconvenient as we were there for 3 days

The apartment is close to downtown, grocery stores and local businesses. It was clean and spacious , but didn’t have air conditioning’ it was raining the whole time and was cooler while we were there but later in the month and it would be uncomfortable. . I did however think they didn’t have many kitchen items that would make your stay more comfortable. The utensils were sparse. No mixing bowls, no toaster, no pot holders or any measuring cups or spoons. Just a few tweaks and this place works great.

The Steigenberger is a beautiful hotel that treats a person like a real guest. We had a lovely room and thought the AC didn't work well. My husband informed the front desk and while we were having dinner, it was promptly fixed.I liked the location as we were able to walk from the train station and also, there were taxis to take us to the airport when we needed to leave. Overall, everything was great.

Staff is friendly, good location, definitely check out the rooftop bar for the skyline view

Everything was perfect specially walking to city centre
