Lighting in the parking lot and room was absolutely terrible. Entering the building felt unsafe. The area was deserted and dark. The building was under construction and the front desk was moved to a hallway. Very strange and poorly communicated. I'd have expected an email prior to arrival. The place was a ghost town and very off-putting. My room would have been fine, except that the lighting was so incredibly dim. The bedside lights barely made a difference and there was no main light in the room to illuminate the space. Easily fixable, management, but you're making your guests feel very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. A very strange experience.

The room and amenities were excellent but the mattress was worn out had a large depression on one side.

Beautiful building, friendly staff, gym was great. It has everything you need. Walking distance to everything and the valet service is top notch. So quiet inside the apartment too, you don't hear any neighbors or noise from upstairs. Thanks again, we will stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh.

Parking was terrible! No parking on site. They do offer shady valet parking. I refused to do valet parking based on how the works sped off in other people’s cars. Required underground parking deck parking. Not easily accessible to hotel. Which you were also changed for parking and no voucher received.

Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone.
