The hotel is nice enough, and in a decent location to have quick access to Galway. We requested a king room; we’re not sure why there was a king bed plus two other single beds in our room. That wasn’t a problem, but it was very odd. One big item that made us quite unhappy: a total lack of hot water for a morning shower. I can only assume that too many people are getting ready and their hot water just can’t keep up. It was not a pleasant surprise and staff didn’t really seem to care too much. Also, be aware the parking lot in front of the building is very limited, and with very tight spaces. There may be more parking in the back; we didn’t need to check.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive. My one and only complaint, it was very loud outside my window with people partying until very late. Nothing to be done about it, but a heads up might have been nice

Everything was wonderful and personable! The food is delicious with quick service, I highly recommend!

Great location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pool smaller than expected and would benefit from poolside lounger or chair. We would visit again .

The rooms were 5 star as well as the service. My husband and I got a free upgrade to a suite. It was amazing. Too bad we only stayed 1 night.

From what I gather, this is a newer hotel. It was very nice, located on golf course with a view if the bay. It is a little out of the way but well worth it. Spa was wonderful. complimentary breakfast and water, juice, milk in the room.
