great hotel food and confort. the infrastructure around the airport is HORRIBLE we decided to walk over with our bags no pedestrian crossings there is a fence and we had to haul the suitcases in the heat trying to not be run over by cars. this country needs to step up to the 21st century!!!

Amazing place for a low price! The hotel was very close to the beach, they had private parking and the restaurant was great! The service from the hotel staff and restaurant was just amazing. Everyone was so helpful and all spoke English very well! Next time in Durres I will for sure stay at the same place 😊

A basic 4-star hotel, but clean with well-appointed rooms. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s fine for a one-night stay.

The hotel is greatly located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and activities. Being a Meliá rewards member, I asked if I can add my membership to my reservation to which the front desk staff said they are not aware of what that is. Upon accessing the WiFi, I realised it was password protected, the password was not given at check in. The spa which was an amenity at the hotel did not offer massages over the weekend because nobody was available to do it. For breakfast, my friend who is gluten and lactose intolerant asked for gluten free bread which they didn’t have and also they didn’t have any milk alternatives. I mentioned this to the front desk staff at checkout who then indicated that dietary needs should have been mentioned to them at check in so that they can make accommodations. Again, this was not communicated to us, making it impossible to highlight this at check in. The room was clean and the view from our room was amazing. This property was rated 5 stars and for someone who has used other Meliá affiliated hotels in other countries, I was sure left disappointed. They do have some standards to improve.

We were very happy with the stay on this hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit. The breakfast is pretty good.
