Great location. Easy to get to dining areas, little bit of traffic noise ut otherwise great value stay

Sorry but the food was awful, like really bad. I saw someone order Uber eats at our awards function because the food was so bad. Breakfast both days was cold and dried out. Staff were helpful but when we asked about air con not working in our room we were advised it is not turned on when it is cold outside and we should just open the windows. They brought us as pedestal fan as it was so hot in our room and we couldn't sleep without air circulation.

There is a restaurant beside it if you are too tired to go anywhere to eat. Internet was good. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Has laundry and dryer for long stay guests. Walkable distance to a big shopping mall nearby.

Exceeded expectations. Would definitely come bakck and stay again. The most comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Suited our stay perfectly. Wonderful staff, lovely warm room, great coffee machine and so close to train, trams and Sky Bus . Would stay again

For a 4 star place the cleaning wasn’t great of the rooms each day. Found one staff on their personal phone while cleaning the room. They also didn’t change sheets when I dropped some food on it. Didn’t remove dirty wine glass for a couple days. On arrival in the room was dusty. Reception staff were amazing.

I enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants and shops.

I often stay here so I recommend the property. The renovations is a bit inconvenient but necessary I guess
