We had booked a Lakeview and we ended up with looking on the sides of the building and trees. Be careful what you book. Staff was full of excuses and were not helpful. Did not care about the guests opinion.

Breakfast option too expensive & likely to be too much food
Kettle but no frig
NO AIRCON so with blackout shutters down to cut train noise & 4am wakeup light the room quickly got stuffy. On rechecking website & facilities needed to be smart to know what isn't included.
The bed pillows a joke and all 4 had seen much use
