We stayed here for a week in June while in Prague for the world climbing series. We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. There’s a small market on the block, and several grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. The only downside really is that the check in process was really fiddly - there’s an online component, then an in person iPad component - and I think if you aren’t tech savvy it would be even more difficult than we found it. Of all the places we stayed in Europe over a month, this was the hardest check in and check out process. Not the end of the world by any means, just something to note. The only other consideration worth noting is that the lift only goes to half floors so no matter what unit you’re staying in you will need to do some stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us but I did see several tourists struggling with big wheeled suitcases on the stairs to/from the lift.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Prague. It was very easy to get around the city, especially if you enjoy exploring on foot. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my visit. The air conditioning was one of the highlights—it kept the room cool all the time, which was a huge relief, especially during the warmer weather. In Europe, it’s quite common to find hotels with weak or ineffective air conditioning, so this was a big plus. The staff were also lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. There were a couple of minor oddities. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t ideal. The room also had three beds even though I had booked a double room, which felt a little unusual. When I arrived, I noticed a small red bug in the room. It wasn’t a major issue and I didn’t see any others during my stay, but it was a bit surprising. Overall, despite these small quirks, I had a comfortable stay and especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and kind staff.

Family suite was perfect for the 3 of us on our visit to Prague. Daily breakfast had lots of variety. Easy walk to metro/bus/tram as well as to lots of local restaurants. Maybe a 10-15 min ride to City Center on metro.

The hotel is centrally located within the city centre. It's also quite easy to reach using metro from the airport. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.

Pretty much faultless. Everything as you'd expect from a 5* hotel. Apart from one thing! The noise from doors being slammed at all hours. Obviously a design fault but absolutely ruined my sleep.

Great hotel, room was clean, perfect location and great staff. Highly recommend.

Property has well location but that's it. Bedding and mattress were dirty and unfortunately did not have air conditioner. Due to the bedding, mattress and A/C we only stay there one night of the 3 plan nights.

A perfect location, a nice room and helpful staff.
