We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!

My family had a perfect vacation. Beautiful hotel very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Also enjoyed the Beautiful pool and breathing view. Will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It’s incredibly comfortable, stunningly beautiful, and just renovated, which makes it even cozier! Plus, it’s conveniently located right near the beach!

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
