The villa was spectacular, with beautiful views and doors on one wall that slide open to the lanai area The pool has a sand bottom and has a lagoon /like feel, with waterfalls, Infiniti pool and coves, landscaped beautifully.

Luxury pricing but no where near a luxury hotel. Very outdated. The lobby and restaurant are outdated, the pool feels liks an apartment pool. Yes there is a bar, but at these prices, i would expect there to be service at the pool lounges…. Especially at the $100 day beds. Our room was decent but the bathroom felt like a budget hotel. At over $900 per night (after taxes) I expected a lot more of a luxury experience. What we got was very budget and average. At appropriate pricing, this would be a great place to stay. At luxury pricing, its not worth it. Go somewhere else that is actually luxury

We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. You have to walk through the cold pool to access three of the hot tubs, which wasn’t ideal. We also ate at the poolside restaurant, and while the food was great, the pigeons were aggressive and everywhere, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Another downside was the location. The property is far from most other attractions, restaurants, and things to do, and the surrounding area felt pretty lacking. There wasn’t much nearby to explore or enjoy outside of the resort. Overall, the property has some nice amenities, but considering the price, I expected a much better experience. Between the room issues, inconvenient pool layout, pigeons, and isolated location, it was simply too expensive for what you get.
