Amazing stay in France The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The bed was so comfy and the room had everything we needed for our stay- the shower was amazing. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and lunch and couldn’t fault the food or the service. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We used the spa which was also lovely and relaxing with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna- reasonably priced for massage also All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If we needed anything we only had to ask and it was done. Would thoroughly recommend a stay if you’re in this part of France!

Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast. Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels. The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder.

Amazing to stay in a world heritage site! Especially access to the Abbey out of hours was truly memorable. My 5 year old daughter loved it

The building was unique and beautiful. The suite was enormous even for American standard. It looked newly renovated, clean and stylish. The AC was super strong. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly to the children. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough options for everybody. Having the small park and playground next door was a great plus for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice and in the centre of one of the busy bar areas , does have free parking on a first come first serve basis

Staff very friendly, Clean and bright room, Mattress was uneven No AC just a Fan, We did not use the kitchen Shower was clean.

Enjoyed my short stay at Cha-cha-cha hotel. Fun atmosphere and staff and incredibly close to the train station, which was super-convenient !
