Since we didn't arriveuntil midnight, we were very happy that someone was there to let us in. Since we stayed only day, it's probably not fair for us to try and rate this hotel. It served our need and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The hotel is spectacular and our room was exactly as shown and spotlessly presented.
The staff are truly exceptional, everyone from reception to housekeeping.
I travel by motorcycle and the secure underground parking provided perfect peace of mind. Valet parking is available if you are nervous about tight underground car parks.
Taking breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace is a delightful way to start each day and the play of light over the Guggenheim, across the road, is mesmerising.
I also used the room service and like the other restaurants on site it was surprisingly good value.
I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough 10 out of 10.

I unknowingly booked a room that was unrefundable. They did not allow me to reschedule my booking & I lost over $500.
Be very careful when you make your reservation.

The hotel is just OKAY! Staff were helpful and attentive but the property could use a ton of TLC… the room felt used and abused. The rooftop has a nice view but don’t dine in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. We stayed hungry and had to order room service.
