Great hotel BUT........ They are very proud about their location. The swimming pool is in a fabulous location but the huge hedges all around obscure what could be a glorious view. The garden bar is great with good staff but again the view is obscured by hedges. The terrace restaurant is fabulous but again with the view obscured. I don't understand why the management have willingly destroyed the hotel's greatest asset. Please explain.

Great location idyllic right on the age of the lake great place to relax and recharge amazing staff and great food really a Swiss vibe

Nice location with great views, room is clean and staff is friendly, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and we will book this hotel again for next visit.

Beautiful area, super clean property and nice staff, breakfast was amazing and food and drinks at hotel restaurant was very unique. Highly recommended.

Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely

Beautiful city and great location. Nice quaint hotel. Able to use city buses to downtown area. Finding parking could be an issue depending on the time of day.
