Beautiful historic property recently transformed into a hotel; the decoration is very well done, respecting the tradition of the building. Very kind, attentive staff at every level. Excellent restaurant, with a Peruvian influence. This was our last stay in a 7 week journey through Spain, and the perfect place to wrap up a wonderful trip.

El hotel tiene aspectos positivos: buen desayuno, cama amplia, colchón y almohadas cómodos, ascensor y personal de trato correcto.
Mi experiencia, sin embargo, quedó empañada por una situación que podría haberse evitado con una simple respuesta. En febrero solicité la habitación 105, elección que tenía para mí un significado especial porque celebraría allí mi cumpleaños. Nunca recibí respuesta.
Al llegar, la habitación no estaba disponible y recibí sucesivas explicaciones contradictorias. Si me hubieran respondido oportunamente, habría podido modificar mi reserva para acceder a ella. Finalmente, tras insistir y gestionar el reclamo a través de Expedia, el hotel bonificó el desayuno. Es un establecimiento confortable, pero la comunicación con el huésped y, especialmente, la manera de gestionar un reclamo legítimo son aspectos que deberían mejorar.

At check in he said one word passport then threw the passport's to a colleague. My wife is disabled and needed the lift the lift was broken, I presume that's why he was in a mood they took us to a lift around the back which we used then they locked it up , so we had go find them and get it unlocked . We have stayed here a few times before and the reception staff where great not this time of this is how it is now don't think I will be going again
