The hotel is beautiful. We loved the history and character. The rooms were very comfortable. However, the service was uneven. We were told that we could order room service until 1am, so ordered. Waited an hour and nothing. When we called, we were told that there weren’t any kitchen staff and someone had come to our door to let us know. We had answered the door but no one was there and no message. When we mentioned this, they provided us with cocktails the next day. We ordered again on another day, but it took almost an hour and the food and coffee arrived cold. The eggs were flavorless. We asked that they provide us with the coffee pods given that our coffee was cold, but these never arrived. Given it is considered a luxury hotel, not impressed.

Perfect for us from the moment we set foot in the door: service was accomodating (but not overly), room and common areas spacious and well cared for, food delicious and ample, location quite central. Highly recommend.

Great and attentive staff in all areas of the property.

Staff was very friendly, food was great, room was spacious, view from the balcony was fantastic.

Quiet, comfortable, and green, with wonderful swimming pools.

Fine for a one night stay. Staff were helpful and informative. Our room had trash leftover from previous guests and the shower was broken and had a lot of residue build up.
