The best things about this hotel are that it is a 1-minute walk from Villach HbF; the rooms (at least mine) were clean and quiet, despite proximity to the train (and bus) station; the desk staff was friendly; and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. It's a 10-minute stroll from the old town and the most scenic part of Villach.

My room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was wonderful. The location is peaceful and quiet. It's an easy trip from the hotel down to Lake Bled, and it's nice to get away from the crowds at the end of the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was much larger than expected, with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub was also a huge bonus! The location is excellent too - a small and cute village that is a short drive to hiking trailheads and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the very centre of the city. However, this can be slightly noisy... The windows are new and block out most of the noise, but you cannot really open them at night or risk getting all the street noise.
The apartment is really new and well equipped for a very comfortable stay.
Isadore provided excellent service all trip.
Would recommend, especially if not a Friday or Saturday evening.
