Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Amazing and I would stay again. The staff was wonderful from curb to end of stay. The room was spectacular and clean. Room service and bar areas were great. I don't know if I've ever felt so catered to.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
