Good location and overall set up but 1 mattress was saggy some outlets did not work and the air conditioning was set at77 and could not be changed. Only connection to owners was by email so situation not resolved during stay

I loved the fact that it family friendly, close walking distance to all the downtown attractions, also loved the college park, everyone was friendly and there was something always happening, would recommend this place.

You get what you pay for. This is not a 5 star property but it was 1/5 of the cost of a hotel for a family of 5 in Downtown Toronto. This is equivalent to an air bnb. Check in is done via email and over the phone. I checked out on Sunday morning and received my deposit back exactly 7 days later via PayPal with no hassle. The unit was not the one in the picture and had been flooded in the past and never repaired. The floor was damaged and the baseboards were swelling. The bed sheets were clean and the A/C worked

We liked the proximity to the baseball. The room lacked some amenities such as a microwave and sufficient space for clothing. The sports net lounge lacked cleanlines.. The floor was verydirty on each visit. Service was low to medium quality. Overpriced in general.

Liked everything about the hotel except for its pillows and bed which were too soft.

Seamless location, somewhat midpoint between dundas square and union station. This is made better by its direct connection to "The PATH" underground walkway. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are accommodating. The attached cafe is pretty pleasant, with plenty to offer. Even better if you have the VIP perks via Expedia. While they have valet parking, there is no in-person parking options onsite. That's not a real issue as there are nearby garages less than 5 minutes away.

Fabulous stay. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Spacious room with comfy beds and great bathroom. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the pool too.

All in all the Property was excellent. Within walking distance of Rogers centre and Union Station. And the Harbour-front is a cool area to explore. The biggest downside is that the hotel pool is open to the public. People came in and set up For a birthday party while we were trying to relax and recharge. Hotel Amenities should only be for guests. Besides that we would most defiantly use this hotel again when attending Jays games. The drinks are most excellent and the food we tried was really good(Nachos,Fries). 9/10- would visit again. Change the pool area to guests only.
