You are welcomed when you arrive and reception is friendly and helpful. Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning. Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location.

Wonderful clean hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was excellent. The room was amazing quality and toiletries and fruit bowl refreshed every day. Free pass for the elevator was super useful. Next time we will go for a room with outside space or a view as I think this would have made it even better. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

This place is a hidden gem. The sauna and pool are a wonderful bonus even though it's listed is better in person! Highly recommended and the breakfast will keep you do until dinner.

There are no queen or king beds. Only double which they push together to make larger beds. They provided a topper after we asked for our 2 singles to make a larger bed. This is a large well established hotel/restaurant/spa located very close to Mondsee lake. Great location for visiting several lakes and quaint lake villages in the area. Lots to do from here including 30 min drive to Salzburg. Lots of history here but building is well maintained and rooms are comfortable. Spa is very nice. Restaurants are good especially the breakfast buffet. Also highly recommend the Riesnerhof restaurant nearby. We would stay again.

Lovely room overlooking St Stephen’s. Sasha was extremely polite and helpful. Roasting hot and it is a boutique hotel so no air con.
