The door had large gapes around it we got an unexpected guest that i think came threw the door. The phone was broken so we couldn't call the shuttle and waited in the sun for 15 minutes and it didn't come so we had to walk. We were not allowed to make reservations to the restaurant as we only stayed one night and we didn't see this when we made the reservation.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was beyond what I expected and it was cleaned 2x a day. I really enjoyed all the food.
The best was the staff. I traveled solo and was beyond impressed with how attentive they were and how much they wanted me to have a great time. Not only were they extremely service oriented, they were genuinely kind. I will absolutely be back!
