The views of Canada Place and the cruise ships were wonderful. My wife loved the access to the health club and swimming pool (real lap pool). What really made our stay was the warm and helpful staff. Great place to stay before or after a cruise. Had good meals at their attached and popular Lions Pub. Feels like a boutique hotel.

Staff was good but room was very mid for almost $1000 a night. There was mold in the shower, which makes me question the cleanliness of the room. Nothing complimentary, compared to a run of the mill $200/night hotel. Probably would never return and did not get any breakfast, it was for a fee.

Beautiful hotel centrally located, with nice views. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, roomy bathroom. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

I booked a room with a city view, but we were given the back side of the building where you can only see rooftops. The next day, they texted asking how our stay was. I told them the room was nice, but we didn’t get the city view we paid for. They offered to move us to a room with a better view, which they did, but the A/C in that room wasn’t working. The room stayed hot even after they sent an engineer to check it. They eventually brought in a portable A/C that had to be propped up in the window. It was loud, and throughout the night we had to get up several times because it either got too cold or the noise was too disruptive. Between the sound of the portable unit and the noise from outside, it was hard to sleep. For the price of a hotel stay, relying on a portable A/C feels unacceptable. They need to make sure guests actually receive the room features and comfort they pay for.

It’s a very old building that at some point been turned into a hotel. Everything in the room was old. Small bathroom with no AC and in need of grout work. I kept stepping on something one the floor that pricked my foot going into the bathroom. Small old 24” TV with just a few channels. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very centrally located with lots of places to eat that were walkable. Only a $15 uber ride to Canada place where the ports is. It served its purpose for us for the one night before our cruise.

It was great for the price. The staff super friendly and helpful. The area is not walkable because there are a lot of homeless people close by. But it is a quick Lyft ride from every where. ❤️
