We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Alamein! The hotel is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and truly focused on hospitality. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s preferences. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
One of the highlights for us was the kids’ activities — the bubble show, face painting, and the animation team were amazing. Our daughter had a blast and was kept entertained the entire time, which made the stay even more special for us.
We’re really grateful for such a memorable experience and would absolutely come back again.
Only small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more waiters around the pool and beach areas.

Not bad for the price. Some of the staff—especially the one helping with luggage—seemed more interested in getting a tip than actually helping. All the other staff were very professional.

This property was a pleasant entry point into Alexandria. Near the airport, availability was immediate. While still in development, the property was well managed and the desk person next morning was most helpful in arranging for a taxi into the city despite our language barrier. Thank you to the owners and staff.
