Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

The check in was convenient and quick. Very informative as well.

We liked our stay. The only downside was the confusing elevator situation. If you aren’t lucky enough to get a room near the main elevator, there is a lot of walking involved…we didn’t mind this except when we were lugging suitcases, etc.

Everyone was super nice and the property was definitely worth the price

This place is in a perfect location. Walking distance from clothe and electronics stores. Convenience access for public and private transportation. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean.

Please provide a FREE bottle of water for your guests. It’s a small but important detail. Drinking water for your guests shouldn’t be a profit decision.
