We loved our stay at Hotel 1 Copenhagen. Beautiful property, lovely rooms and amenities, perfect location, wonderful staff. Our only complaint is that in the evening the music played in your lounge area is much too loud. We loved that area and were going to have a light bar meal there but had to move to the restaurant area because the sound was just a little better. For a hotel where so much is natural and serene, the excessively loud music doesn’t fit!

Compared to some others this was an expensive stay, so I wanna warn you if your sound sensitive, request that your room not face the courtyard! There was a loud DJ and dining in the courtyard and two nights in a row. It felt like my whole room was shaking. I was frustrated that I wasn’t made aware of this or offered earplugs. The staff did move me, but I was made to feel that I was a bother and I didn’t like that. The accommodations were lovely and it’s a great location for walking.
