(47 reviews) I didn't get the room I paid for because the air con was broken. Although they fixed it the next day it was a major hastle to move. I think I should really be reimbursed for the difference. The pool area needs alot more shade and the pool has the wrong tiles. They are slippy and dangerous. I didn't eat in the restaurant but my friends said it was very goid. Outside ares need to be painted. So overall I have a mixed review. This hotel could easily be very good. The staff need to make a small extra effort to look after customers and smile. That would help alot.
