Bed was a little firmer than what I like. I felt like the casino did not have good ventilation and the cigarette smoke was very heavy compared to other casinos.

Very nice property. Cleanliness wasn’t what I would’ve expected, there was a lot of dust in the room including the bedframe. Refrigerator wasn’t able to be used due to items fully stocked and being unable to take any out without being charged. This would’ve been a nice feature to have especially for eating leftovers from my dinner at one of the hotel restaurants. Pool service was very slow, I didn’t get my drink and food for about 30 minutes until I was about to leave the pool area. Overall, beautiful hotel and staff was friendly for the most part.

Check-in was very slow and they took a long time to hand over the rooms.
The lady who handed over the keys was super friendly and very professional. I don't remember, but she was an older woman with white hair.
