Ease of beach access. Convenient beach chairs and should have included 1 umbrella. Friendly and helpful staff. Look forward to staying at the Naples Grande in a couple of months.

The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

Unless you want to risk parking on the street (area is sketchy for that) you are forced to use valet ($$$$). Our room a/c didn’t work properly and left the room ridiculously humid. Really disappointed because otherwise loved the hotel; everyone was kind and gracious, food in restaurant was great, bar was fun. I’d go back if it wasn’t for the damp room.
