My husband was diagnosed with a kidney stone 2 days before we left for this trip. He found out he was not prescribed enough pain meds to last the entire week until we already landed. We woke up the next morning, the pain was intense and were ready to go home on day 1. Before submitting to the idea, I asked the concierge at the front desk if we had any other options. She was able to get us in contact with a local kind & caring doctor and he prescribed medication for my husband. They saved our trip, and I will be forever thankful for them!
The food options were amazing, it was my first time at an all-inclusive without a buffet but the food was so good that I would not hesitate to have any of it again. The bars are located close by to the pools for convenience (also had great drinks).
Staff and service were both great, no issues with our room. Loved the private pool and the view!
