Great location in the center of Skopje with beautiful views from the top deck. The boat is not floating, but rather mounted into the ground. A little disappointing but probably safer. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and nice. The only downside was the ac really struggled. It got the room down to about 22 at night once the sun was gone but our preference is usually 20 which it never reached.

What distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. From the front desk associates to the bellboys and every team member I encountered, everyone demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine warmth. Their welcoming smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at all times made me feel less like a guest and more like a member of their own family. The atmosphere was so inviting and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another highlight of my stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented items to suit every taste. Each morning began with an outstanding dining experience, providing the perfect start and enough energy for an entire day of sightseeing or business activities. The quality, diversity, and presentation of the food were truly impressive. Thank you to the entire Limak team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.

Lägenheten hade underbar utsikt! Gott om utrymme. Men där finns ingen pool som det står på sidan. Ca 20-30m från byggnaden finns en simbassäng/simskola med gym o liknande som man kan betala och vara på under dagen.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. The manager was really helpful and fix any problem we could find immediately. Very kind.
