The room was subpar. Wasn’t the cleanest as there was hair left behind in the washroom. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful! We paid for a “park view” which was of a view of Matterhorn bobsleds mountain. That’s it. Disappointing. You can hear everything around you….

Pool was very dirty, the slides weren't working. Opened an hour after they were supposed too. Hot tub smelled like pee and the rooms were grimy and gross with mold all around the bathroom tub and toilet. All the light shades were stained with black and yellow spots. DO NOT RECOMMEND
