Rooms are outdated but does the trick. Day staff were great, night staff were very rude. We had bottled water at the pool well watching the kids, and the night staff came right in gave us such a hard time rudely about it. We were told to pretty much remove our water bottles or leave. A nice property, the rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Good for a male traveler - not sure a single woman would feel as safe. There is no central lobby. They have parking in a garage which is included which is hard to find in San Francisco. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy corner and it was very loud. We could hear everything from outside in our room, even people talking. We had a few spiders in our room.

The front desk man Tyler is excellent, accommodating and Professional. Made the stay all that much more Wonderful! Had some problems with Orbitz but nothing this business Man couldn’t assist me with, Beautiful accommodations!!! Thanks Samesun

Parking was kinda of a headache…but, secure. Check in was horrible and they ask you to sign a lot of questionable paperwork…took up quite some time, and after a long drive, was the absolute last thing I wanted to do. Room was clean, big and decorated beautifully.
