"During check-out, the clerk insisted on charging us another 20 euros for vacating the room at 12:45 instead of 11:00, even though it appeared that the hotel was partially occupied and no one told us upon arrival. It's a shame. Leaves a bad taste for the future."

"This property was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It was not. The "Deluxe Room" I paid extra for had a filthy carpet with gum that had turned black because it had been there so long. The blinds were also filthy, torn, and did not work properly. The air conditioner was an old window mount that did not ..."
