All the staff was really helpful and genuinely polite and nice. Furthermore, they really made one feel safe and welcome. The announcements, however, were given so fast that it was very hard for a non-native English speaker to understand. I didn't realize until later that there was a WIFI connection available in the airplane. Secondly, it was very cold sitting in the first row of the airplane. The staff did explain that it was because their working environment behind the curtain had to stay cooler which is perfectly understandable, but there should be some sort of an arrangement so that the people sitting in the first row wouldn't have to feel so cold throughout the flight. Heavier curtain, complementary blankets or anything of the sort? Thanks!
