Terms and Conditions

• Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with the above, the coupon code may be applied to a pre-pay stand-alone hotel only booking (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made online with expedia.co.uk or through the UK Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App. The coupon code can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
• The coupon code cannot be redeemed against hotel stays at: Accor, AMResorts, Belmond, Best Western, Choice, Dusit Hotels, Eviivo, Fattal Hotel Group, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels, IHG, Jumeirah, Langham Hotels, Louvre Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Mantra, Marriott, NH Hotels, One&Only Resorts, Palladium Group, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Playa Hotels and Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, RIU Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces, The Peninsula Group, Wyndham Worldwide. • Provided that you meet the requirements herein, the Coupon entitles you to the discount off the price of the relevant travel booking before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs and excluding additional fees such as baggage, class of service, etc.
• The Coupon is valid only for the Booking Period, for travel during the Travel Period, when booked on Expedia.co.uk or via the Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App only, and not booked on any other Expedia site.
• Only one Coupon per transaction may be used. In the event that you make a booking for multiple rooms in a single transaction, the discount will apply only to the lowest priced room (i.e., if you book three rooms the discount will apply only to one of the three rooms and not to all rooms).
• The Coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Usual booking terms and conditions apply (see https://www.expedia.co.uk/lp/b/terms-of-service) and all bookings are subject to availability.
• The Coupon may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Coupon are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefit under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar programme offered by third-party marketing affiliates of Expedia.
• The Coupon cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be regarded as fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the discount. The Coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
• The Coupon may only be used by legal residents of the UK aged 18 and over. The Coupon is void where prohibited by law.
• When booking using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider regarding their pricing plans. Not all mobile service providers carry the text message service that is necessary to participate. Check your wireless device for specific text messaging instructions and capabilities.
• The Coupon may not be used by employees of Expedia Group companies or any other person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
• Improper use of the Coupon by you, including but not limited to publication or selling of the Coupon, is prohibited and will result in the voiding of the coupon code’s use, and may constitute fraud.
• This Coupon may not be transferred or sold. Coupon codes obtained through unauthorised channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
• If Expedia becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Expedia’s reasonable opinion), that a customer: (a) has breached these Conditions of Use of Voucher Code; (b) has obtained this Coupon from an unauthorised channel; (c) has used the Coupon with a view to re-selling any travel product booked; (d) engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or (e) otherwise acted fraudulently, Expedia may, in its absolute discretion, stop the Coupon and/or cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Coupon without giving any reasons thereon. Expedia reserves the right not to refund customers for cancelled transactions, including any non-refundable bookings.
• For avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a customer making a booking directly on Expedia.co.uk or through the Expedia Mobile App or the Expedia Tablet App, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
• Expedia reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. Expedia’s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.

• Terms and Conditions of this Coupon are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Expedia, Inc. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA.
• Any and all disputes relating to this coupon (’Claims’) will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert Claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify. This includes any Claims that you assert against us, our subsidiaries, travel suppliers or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to these terms and conditions. An arbitration decision may be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.
