Food provided not well organised Shortage of selected food

Everything was made easy, plenty of information available

A very short flight

Seats could have been more comfortable and more gluten free options for food. A very limited choice sadly.

Business seats are rather basic for a 4 to 5 hour flight

Paid for check in bag which I understood to be with return flight but was told to pay another 75 euros as it was only one Was unhappy as I paid for checked bag but on return journey was told to pay 75 euros as payment did not include return journey How can I check I was not ripped off am unable to find out and was it Britis airways fault?

Not happy that we pay over the odds in tickets and treated like second class citizens, what’s so special about club ticket holders that they get blankets and food especially when this was the norm on all BA flights?? Not happy either that suitcase was included on outward flight and was charged £70 to come back with a suitcase. BA are jokers
