Angler Point Lake House Cottage

  • Welcome to our new 2 BR, 2 bath Rustic & Super nice Cottage, situated right on the water, where you can enjoy breathtaking views & take pleasure in fishing & relaxing! This charming abode offers all the amenities of home. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as well as fully stocked bathrooms, and a large back deck to relax on with a pedestal charcoal grill.
    You'll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious this cabin is once you step inside. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four people, its perfect for 2 couples or a small family or a few fishermen looking for a tranquil getaway. This is a great place to unplug and unwind.
    While we don't have a boat house or pier, you can still launch your boat nearby at San Miguel boat launch and enjoy a day on the water, we do have enough parking for a couple of vehicles with boats. This cabin is walkable to the new Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park that is set to open on Memorial Day Weekend, and only 10 minutes from Toldeo Town. Don't hesitate to book your stay with us now, and we promise you won't regret it. So, pack your bags, grab your fishing gear, and get ready to have an amazing time away from it all! Max Limit of 5 people, this includes kids. No pets allowed.

This property was just what i was looking for very clean and host was very nice. I loved the view had plenty of room for me and my friend to park our trucks and boat. Just an overall great place to stay when visiting the great toledo bend. Recommend this property and will be back!

Relaxing time

Anglers Point is very nice, just as advertised and the host are helpful in every way when there is a question to ask. Excellent cabin to rent. Check in was easy, it’s quiet, has a nice deck on the back to catch the sunset and a small pier to fish from. Very Relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Clean, Fun, and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property was clean and had everything we could need. We enjoyed some fishing off the pier, watched the sunset from the back porch, and roasted s’mores by the fire. It was a very relaxing weekend. We would definitely rent again.

Short, Relaxing Trip

We brought two of our Grandchildren (16,17) on a fishing trip with Matt at LTD! Angler Point was perfect for us! It was so clean and comfortable at a great location. The beds are so comfortable! Everything we needed was there! My husband caught large bream off the dock which was an added bonus! We look forward to staying at Anglers Point again!

Paradise in Toledo Bend

Amazing Stay!

The property was beautiful and just as described. The property owner thought of everything, down to sunglasses and lake items and even toothbrushes and deodorant in the bathroom. Just pack your bag and buy a few groceries and you are all set to spend a relaxing weekend at the lake. I promise you won’t regret it. I would absolutely stay at this property again and 10/10 recommend it to family and friendss!

Wedding Trip

This was a clean, super nice VRBO that was fully stocked with anything a person could possibly need or want. It is right on the water with a great deck overlooking the lake. There are even two Adirondack chairs on the dock where we sat for a bit. It has a split floor plan which is a plus with a bath on each side. We are very picky, and it well suited us. The Baums

Immaculate VRBO!!!

This property is immaculate and can’t recommend it enough! Everything from the cleanliness of the cabin, the small details and amenities, and great view of Toledo Bend, make this property top notch! My family and I are from Zwolle, but currently live in the Houston, TX area. We had some friends from Houston come along for an event, and we decided to book this cabin. We are so glad that we did! We will certainly be back soon!

Thanksgiving stay

The cottage was perfect for 4 adults! Each couple had privacy. It was very clean which was very important! The view of the lake was beautiful. We were in town for a family reunion at North Toledo Bend State Park. Very nice place. Very awesome host,responds quickly when I messaged them. Everything was above what I expected. Could use 2 windows at from to look outside from sitting area,but opening the door was the alternative. Also wish stove vent would actually vent into attic or outside,had to cut ac off and open doors while cooking, other than that this stay and place was amazing.

A Little Piece Of Heaven On Earth

The property was just as the pictures showed it to be. We planned for 5 in our family but only four of us were able to come. It was cozy and comfortable. A peaceful spot on the lake was just what we needed. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We hope to come again in the fall...maybe sooner. I definitely recommend!

perfectly built home for a lake get away.

Booked this for our anniversary. Me my wife and daughter stayed. Brand new home. Very convenient location. Boats ramps close. San Miguel state park is close. Toledo town is 15 min. Drive. Nice quiet neighborhood. The cove it sits in is good for fishing plus easy access to the main boat roads. The owners are great people with awesome hospitality. 5/5 stay definitely recommend and plan to come back ourselves.
