Nous avons du téléphoner en Angleterre pour parler la personne de contact indiquée. Cette gentille dame ne parlait que l'anglais et n'a pas pu beaucoup nous informer sur les choses pratique de l'appartement (set à raclette disponible, foehn ). Sur place les clés ont été trouvées facilement, mais personne n'était là pour nous expliquer où se trouvait les choses de base (local ski, poubelle, plan de cuisson ...).La liste de check-out dans l'appartement était uniquement en anglais et Wifi n'a fonctionné pas.
