There are other tenants in the building, please don't disturb them with loud music, etc. There is an open wifi in the building - you do not need a password for it. Washer and dryer are in the basement of the building for the common use with other tenants in the building, free of charge. Please, provide your own washing detergent and respect the washing plan and instructions. Thank you. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking. Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided. You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.
