Very convenient location. The hotel is right next to a tram stop. Tram 10 goes to the main train station and the airport. Tram 6 can take you from the train station to the hotel. Very quiet late at night. Up a hill from the train station so the trams are nice. We went straight to the airport on the tram which saved money and saved a taxi or trip to the main train station. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok and satisfying. Room walls are so tony, you can even hear somebody sneezing. Rooms are also very tiny and not that comfortable. The hotel also blocks the charge of the first night in your credit card without any notice in advance (although you select the option "pay at the hotel" during your booking), and this is something very very unpleasant.
