excellent service!

Our visit was during this covid time so things were a bit reduced but the service was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. So based on their customer service alone i would thoroughly recommend this hotel

the location served my needs pretty well, since it has a free indoor parking lot, affordable prices, breakfast was great while the view was breathtaking, staff were friendly and helpful, transportation is so easy from the hotel since there were a metro station within a couple of steps, lots of dining options and grocery stores.

poorly operated, not worth the money

One of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. No refrigerator, no sleeper, no complimentary water, cheapie and uncomfortable chairs, two many loud group travlers. Clerks were variant; some were very uneducated. Overall, not worth the money.

Personale estremamente collaborativo e cortese, ottima l'accoglienza all'arrivo. Di fronte al lago e alla stazione ferroviaria di Horgen. Zurigo centro si raggiunge in 20 minuti sia col treno che con l'auto. Camere linde e pulite, silenziose, prezzo ultra-competitivo con la promozione fruita. Colazione costosa (15 CHF per la continentale, 25 CHF per la completa), comunque in linea con gli alti costi della ristorazione in Svizzera. Parcheggio esterno o garage copertoinclusi nel prezzo. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Great location and excellent staff

This hotel exceeded my expectations mainly as the staff were very helpful and made the extra effort to accommodate us well. I would like to mention one staff member in particular called John in catering who was very kind and helpful during breakfast - he provided toys for our toddler during breakfast to keep him busy. Also the hotel is in a good location - over looks lake Zurich and there are many restaurants within walking distance along with a supermarket few seconds away. The icing on the cake is a great breakfast area with all round views of the lake. The hotel itself could do with a little modernising but overall the stay was very good. Will come back here again.

Well Hotel is in sach a beautiful location looking at the Zurich Lake, but room was so hot I couldn’t sleep every evening it was very uncomfortable and there’s no cooler in the rooms, for the price I paid, I’ll check in to different hotel next time.!

The staff was great. They treated the guests nicely. The staff serving the breakfast were specially nice and made sure I was happy with my breakfast. The housekeeping lady was also great.

Gute Preisleistung für sauberes Hotel.

Einfaches, aber gutes Hotel. Sonder-Preisleistung hat für mich gepasst. Ideal ist sicher der Gratis-Parkplatz. Zimmer sind eher klein.
